All orders will be processed once credit authorization and verification have been made. Currently we use the services of Canada Post because they offer the most competitive rates along with fast delivery times.

Our shipping rate estimator gives you an idea of the cost to ship before you enter your contract information. Shipping Rates are however pre-set by region within Canada and GST will be added to all shipping charges. This estimate is for expedited services with a tracking number. If you have an order that needs to be shipped by Express Post please contact us directly.
Delivery schedules are estimated between 4 to 10 Business days (Mon – Fri). Sat. & Sun. are not considered Business days. Statutory Holidays may add an extra day.
International Orders: Please contact us directly for Shipping Rates. Note that the recipient is responsible any Duties Taxes and Fees relating to (if any) International Orders (i.e. shipping outside Canada).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Born in Canada gladly accepts Returns /Exchanges with the original receipts within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unwashed, unworn merchandise with the original tags attached can be exchange within 60 days of purchase.
To Return: Simply seal items in a package, include copy of invoice, briefly outline reason for return and mail to the address below.

Please keep in mind the return postage will be at your expense. We ask that you use a carrier that generates tracking numbers to ensure your packages do not get lost.
